Bone Broth Recipe

EASY BONE BROTH:

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 gallon of water

1 ounce of vinegar

3-4 pounds of bones or tissue (ex. 1 small chicken)

4 celery stalks chopped

1 onion diced

1 garlic chopped

4 carrots

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil the ingredients together in a large pot or slow cooker, then reduce to a simmer for 10-24 hours before letting it cool.

2. Remove bones if there is any left.

3. Enjoy!

 

Can be frozen for up to 4 months!
